Sibling, Loyalty, & Multi-Program Discount: 

Courtside 360 offers discounts which may be used for an immediate family member/sibling participating in the same event or Player Development Program (PDP), or for one athlete participating in multiple Player Development Programs (PDP). Only 1 discount per athlete. If you qualify and wish to use this discount, please email us with the first and last names of each family member and we will send you a discount code to use when registering.

Referral Program

Do you have a friend, family member, or teammate who you think would be interested in Courtside 360? If you refer someone to Courtside 360, and they enroll in a Player Development Program (PDP), we will bonus you two (2) FREE Small Group training sessions. To qualify, your referral must mention you when they sign up.

Safety

Courtside 360 seeks to provide a safe and fun environment for all who participate in our programs and events. Our goal is to protect the youth involved in our programs from incidents of misconduct or inappropriate behavior. We ensure that our staff and any worker associated with Courtside has passed a background check. 

Code of Conduct

Players, parents, and staff understand that they are representing Courtside 360, and will strive to do their best to positively represent the organization and its values. He/She agree(s) to follow the rules of conduct and play set by Courtside 360. Failure to do so may result in suspension from participation.

Registration Agreement + Indemnification + Media Consent + Insurance 

By enrolling in Courtside 360 (CS360) Academy, Courtside 360 (CS360) Events, Courtside United Basketball Club (CUBC), Courtside United Volleyball Club (CUVB) participants understand that he/she does so at his/her own risk. CS360 and its owners, employees or agents, shall not be liable for any damage whatsoever arising from any personal injury or property loss sustained by participant with his/her family in or about any programs. All participants are required to have accidental / medical insurance that will cover them in the event of injury or illness. Participants and parents assume full responsibility for all injuries and damages which occur in or about any programs. He/She does hereby fully and forever hold harmless CS360, all associated facilities and its owner, employees, and agents from any and all claims, demands, damages or rights of action, present or future resulting from any person’s participation in any programs or use of the facility. Participants give full consent to publish photographs and videos for any CS360 related programs, events, teams, publications and/or advertising purposes, without limitation or reservation, and no compensation will be paid for any of the aforementioned. Members of CS360 Academy, CUBC, and CUVB understand and agree they will participate in service days during their enrollment. Participants understand there is a NO REFUND policy on CS360 Academy, CUBC, and CUVB membership unless approved by CS360 ownership. All participants understand they will be provided forms and waivers which they are required to sign before their membership begins acknowledging their acceptance of the terms of use, code of conduct, risk liability, media consent, and program agreements mentioned here.
