What we do

Courtside 360 houses Courtside AcademyCourtside Events, Courtside Creative, Courtside United Basketball Club and Courtside United Volleyball Club which provide access for players at an early age to acquire a better understanding of basketball and volleyball through quality, interactive training programs, special events, and club teams.

Setting + Instruction

Our programming operates within a purpose-driven setting, strives to create a balanced environment of competitiveness and fun, and is centered around positive-reinforcement which develops self-discipline, builds self-confidence, enhances communication, and instills leadership and responsibility.

Guidance + Relationships + Pride

Courtside combines player and personal development while serving each athlete as a coach and mentor, offering guidance through the transitional years of competitive youth athletics. Courtside is dedicated to building honorable programs by connecting reputable coaches and trainers with aspiring talent. We value the unique bond found from fostering relationships with our athletes and their families, our staff, partners and affiliates, and consider them to be the essence of true healthy community with influence to ignite a positive culture shift in youth sports. We take great pride in our athletes and champion their athletic and personal success.

Areas of Focus

In addition to teaching essentials to each sport, our areas of focus include: Mental Toughness, Coachability, Leadership, and Public Speaking (social engagement with adults, teachers, coaches, media). We’re mindful of the significance of good health and regular fitness at any age and encourage this lifestyle throughout all our programs.

Not only does Courtside 360 strive to develop athletes, but most importantly their goal is to mold athletes into successful men and women of good character. We’ve witnessed it in hoops, and can’t wait to see their impact on volleyball.

360 Character + Focus + Transformation

Courtside 360 supports the belief that a person’s character is the foundation that drives the athletic development process which then determines their results. Athletes are taught the importance of being mentally prepared and focused. How you feel can effect how you perform – our thoughts create feelings, feelings create actions, and those actions create results. We believe athletes who fully embrace this mentality possess maturity that is necessary for competing at a high level.

We believe true transformation of an athlete comes from the grind, relationship and accountability of consistent training, but respect for them as a person won’t change based on their improvement as an athlete. Character is more influential and important than athletic ability.

360 Education + Service

Character is also the foundational approach to growth off the court - in the classroom, and in the community. Courtside 360 believes in the value of education, and in the student-athlete, the “student” comes first. Our programs challenge athletes to understand and embrace the importance of community service. Athletes enrolled in the academy and members of Courtside United participate in community service days.

Who it’s for

Our programming is aimed at boys and girls ages 10 to 17 who are driven to further develop their athletic skills in order to be better prepared to participate at a higher level of competition - whether that be an elementary age athlete who is participating in their first rec league, those transitioning into intermediate competition, or advanced players in club, AAU, and high school.

Who we are

Our passion for the great game of basketball is infectious, but our core values are founded in faith, family, and community.

Culture of Excellence

Our purpose is to create experiences which shape and inspire youth to pursue excellence in all they do - in athletics, education, and their social and spiritual life. Our hope is that Courtside athletes are transformed and equipped with the necessary life-tools to reach their highest potential on and off the court.
